PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Sluice gates, weirs or penstocks can be used to redirect flows, regulate flow or close openings in walls. Sluice gates are normally used in channels to isolate or bypass the flow as required. Weirs are used in open channels for fluid flow control and therefore do not have a seal along the top edge of the gate.

Alveo Water’s sluice gates are structurally designed by experienced structural engineers. Our sluice gates are normally mounted in slots within the side walls and floor of a channel; however, the frames can be adapted to be bolted against a wall face if necessary.
