Timeline Of Alveo Water's Milestones
2007
Sustainable Engineering Solutions (SES) was founded in Elgin, South Africa.
2008
The company relocated to Somerset West, establishing its first office at Somerset Links.
2009
Designed and constructed the first Reverse Osmosis (RO)plant for Origin Wines.
2012
Commissioned the first international wastewater treatment plant in Nigeria.
2015
Delivered the inaugural Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) plant at Du Kloof Lodge in the Western Cape.
2017
Rebranded as Alveo Water to reflect an expanded expertise and strategic vision.
2018
Opened a regional branch in George, Western Cape.
2019
Established Alveo Energy, broadening the integrated solutions portfolio.
2020
Supplied the first Ultra Filtration (UF) plant for AB InBev in Caledon.
2022
PSG acquired a strategic shareholding in Alveo Water.
2022
Relocated to the current head office in Macassar, Cape Town, to support continued growth.
2025
Commissioned Potsdam PUFS, the largest Ultra Filtration plant in South Africa.
