We currently have our head office in Macassar, Cape Town, South Africa with two branch offices one in George, Western Cape and one near Lanseria in Gauteng. ALVEO ENERGY was established in 2014 and is a fully fledged, wholly owned subsidiary of ALVEO WATER.

ALVEO WATER has a very competent and experienced Board of Directors with both female and HDI representation. Consisting mainly of qualified engineers it also includes a qualified and very experienced Financial Director. We believe that a diversified board leads to balanced and objective decision making.

In 2022 the PSG Group through ThembiSA Equity acquired a stake in Alveo Water which they have grown to a majority shareholding. ThembiSA Equity is a 51% black-owned private equity company with Adam Kajee at the helm backed by the PSG Group through a 49% shareholding. ThembiSA focusses on partnering with strong management teams to build, transform and empower South Africa’s businesses of tomorrow.
