PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Front rake screens have medium or coarse screens with rectangular bars and are mechanically raked for the removal of screenings from inlet channels. Front raked bar screens are typically inclined at 15° from the vertical. Three to four rakes are mounted on a chain with replaceable bearings for easy maintenance.

Alveo Water’s front rake screens are simple and durable for uninterrupted service and effectiveness. The front rake screen uses a stationary screen field with openings ranging from 5 to 25mm or wider. The rake’s teeth engage between the bars of the screen field and comb debris upward where the debris are removed mechanically.
